Slow Flow
Slow Flow Yoga moves at a deliberate pace, allowing more time to settle into each pose. Connecting breath with movement, the practice promotes mindfulness and sef-awareness while improving strength, flexibility, mental focus and confidence.
Beginner to intermediate level.
