Ring in Peace for the Holidays
Peaceful Moon Yoga is pleased to welcome back Char Taylor, sound artist and Reiki practitioner for a special pre-holiday sound event on Saturday, December 6 from 2-3pm. Participants will experience ascention and pace as Char brings her skills and energy for a magical experience aimed at aligning the energy centers in the body, releasing tension and stress, and instilling a sense of wellbeing, peace and joy as the busy holiday season gets underway. Introduction to Ballroom Dancing
with David Alexander
Each week will cover one of the ballroom dances such as Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, etc. You will learn sic fundamentals of the dance, what music it is danced to, and a few basic steps, and even have some time to practice.
Ballroom dancing is a partner activity so attending with a partner is highly recommended, although not required. You do not need to bring anything special to this class, just wear comfortable clothes.
Cost is $15 for one class, or any of the Peaceful Moon Yoga class packages can be used for this class.
